5 days in to the challenge. 3 out of the 7 mini challenges I was able to meet. 1. was eating healthy, I stayed very low carb this week and have dropped 2 lbs. My goal is 2.5 lbs a week. to reach my goal by end of year. I am hoping by going slow with exercise my skin will not sag. Being 58 I worry about the elasticity. Does anyone know what can be done to prevent this while losing?
