Not only did we go out to lunch after my husbands test at the hospital for oxygen saturation at high altitudes, I made a big dinner because I needed to use the chicken. Either of those things in a day should have been accompanied with a smaller meal. Then I snacked mindlessly on goat brie. Having never had goat brie, it wasn't as bad as I thought. I knew my calories would be over my 1200 limit but I thought perhaps by one or two hundred. When I added it up late, I was surprised to see 150% of RDI at over 1800. The brie was over 500. That's quite a snack for me. It was only two days ago that I ate extra calories at midnight because they were so low, I was concerned about getting on an unhealthy roll. I doubt I should be going under 104. It hasn't been that low since I was a teenager. Yes, my husband was egging me on, but I need to be very careful for my weight and my health. I can never satisfy him. He's pretty upset with me now anyway. It's uncomfortable living with someone that's usually cross with you. We are scheduled to go camping in two weeks but I hesitate to go with someone in a bad grumpy mood, when it's harder to get away from them. Our daughter and husband are expecting us to go, unless my husband backs out, which he did the last 2 times. I won't leave him to go alone, because he gets dizzy a lot.
