Not the big fun you might think. Sitting here at 4am after peeing all night, wearing warm clothing and a beanie hat in my front room in summer because I'm cold. That's fasting for ya kids, day three, don't even think about trying it in the winter unless you can afford the huge heating bills you're bound to run up. I'm thinking fast through the summer and revert to carb nite in the winter. Weight lifting can be fitted in as appropriate. It'll be a whole lot easier fitting it in when I'm down to person-size :-)
128.8 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
