Colin's birthday weekend and Lou & Liam visiting has not helped these last 2 weeks. So I have signed up to the 6km a day challenge. My lovely dog Hooch will appreciate it I am sure. I will download the my tracks app again so I can keep track of things to make sure I am actually doing 6kn a day. Cannot wait to visit family in Liverpool and take Hooch along the beach at Crosby.
