Stretch target weight met.....well done and congratulations to you. 20 kilos bite the dust.....wow this has been difficult.....last weekend was very difficult but worth it to see the results.....can I now keep the weight down? That is the next challenge after my holiday
79.3 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
