Day 3 of a planned 3 days of eating

I 'carbed up' like crazy the past two days. I should be up 5-6 pounds like I was 2 weeks ago when I did the same thing.

However, yesterday I went to the gym and lifted 'heavy' (230lbs Squats and Deadlifts). Apparently, when I 'lift heavy' in the gym, it limits my weight gain.

Last week, when I went back to #Keto (I achieve this by 'no solid food fasting'), I dropped *all* the weight I gained from 'carbing up' (I dropped 13 pounds in 7 days). I do my normal switch back to Keto on Monday...

Anyway, today is Kentucky Fried Chicken Day! I have done this in the past and it has kept weight gain lower than other options. Here is how it goes: Eat as much Kentucky Fried Chicken as I want. This works because a person can only eat so much chicken *if* that is the ONLY thing they eat. The carbs really are not bad at all. The protein is off the map, but, again my body will simply reject one-more-bite at a certain point.

However, I love to eat Frosted Flakes before bed time. This is the last opportunity I will have to do that until Friday night, so, I may still do that…

Back on the ‘no solid food fast’ on Monday…

That's funny.😃 I thought of it because I had what I thought was frosted flakes coated french toast in Hawaii with coconut syrup, a few years back. I figured it was a Hawaiian recipe. Nope! Originated in New Orleans and apparently uses plain corn flakes. Either way, frosted or not, that was the best ever french toast!!!

Mmmm kfc sounds good! I think I could probably eat only a few pieces though. I’d be too full to continue. If it were ribs? I think I could manage a couple of racks of baby backs. I wonder why that is? I’ve definitely eaten a whole rack without our blinking while on keto (and wanting more!)

@CrashtestDawnie - I have tried to eat all the ribs I could **without sauce** and I could only eat-so-much... If I have **carbs** with my meal I can eat forever! It is the absence of carbs that makes me unable to eat much :) So the biscuit and potatoes are what would allow me to eat an entire bucket of chicken by myself 🤣😜 Also, the *worst* thing that KFC has is the Coleslaw! That stuff is liquid sugar. I used to think I was 'eating something healthy' but that stuff has 23g of pure-sugar! Good God! Haha!

Lololol I love their cole slaw!! 🤣🤣 I logged some last week. It was a lot higher in calories than I thought it was gonna be lol Still better than eating the Mac and cheese though 👍

Adef, the day after my treat overeat, my husband made homemade flour tortillas! Got pull out that will power from time to time, but I have eaten 2 of them in the last 2 days.
