a massive well done. how many calories a day were you trying to stick to? your initial and target weights are very close to mine and I need some tips

Sound about 1200 calories, had at least 1 day off at the weekend but still tried to not go over 1900. Also mostly only ate between 10am-9pm. Hope this helps
