3 days of stomach flu.... weighed at urgent care... goal weight met but not the ideal way. 9:30 am fasting last “meal” yogurt at 8pm last night.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
