Put target weight to 12 1/2 stones.....very, very, doable in a week.....only need to lose a pound and 6 ounces! This would be a great result!
80.1 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
