Bang on 12 stone 10 pounds....one more pound and you have hit your target......exercise over the next few days may slow things down a bot but that’s ok.....very happy with progress now
80.7 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
