Freaking 279. Had a cheat day yesterday but only ate 1300 the day before. Ate very low cal today (so far). Blood sugar reading of 102 is small consolation.
126.6 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
