it was a good morning at the gym.

30 minute walk for 1.5 miles. 50 tri extensions @40 lbs, 50 bench press @150 lbs, 50 curls @ 45 lbs., 50 rowing @ 85 lbs., 50 pull downs @ 110 lbs., 50 leg extensions @ 300 lbs.

that is pretty much my Daley exercise routine. once this becomes easier I will up the weight.
155.2 kg Lost so far: 22.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
