I have officially lost 50 lbs. of fat and it feels great. My Dr. was very surprised to say the least. three months ago, I started this journey because my Dr. told me that if things didn't change for me. I could expect to have a stroke or massive heart attack in the next year. well sence I started keto and fasting. all my numbers have normalized. I'm no longer pre diabetic and my cholesterol numbers are normal. My blood pressure is coming down. yesterday it was 136/97 before medication. before it was 198/134 before medication. my resting heart rate was 130's before now it's 87. I still have a ways to go before I can stop my medication. tho I am happy with the improvement i have made to my health this far.
155.2 kg Lost so far: 22.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

wow! good job! I am there with you! BP too high but dropped 50 points in a week. Losing weight now, steadily. No alcohol, no sugar, fat, red meat, salt, the list is longer. you have made GRREAT Improvements! Kudos! Your numbers are justfab!
