Congratulations...thinnest yet...all due to an exceptionally good week (and weekend)....2 more pounds to hit my target weight a week on Saturday.....should be eminently feasible.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
