Not bad effort....actually 2oz lighter than this bang on 12 st 12 oz....making progress (again, has felt a bit of a slog 😀 aim is 3 more pounds in 11 days....possible maybe....but not guaranteed , requires a 10500 calorie deficit..... might be just out the race but I am going to push this as much as I can!
81.7 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
