FINALLY lost that extra lb. I'm now where I was on the day after Thanksgiving! Been eating only 1300 plus calories per day. Can't keep THAT up... Blood sugar 110.
125.6 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
