Story of my life lol it was my birthday yesterday had bake chicken and French fries at home probably ate a tad to much oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️I’m used to not losing weight these days 🙄
76.7 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
