Still on vacation...

Lifted weights heavy at the gym and then only had one huge 2 carb meal. Plan to do the same again on Wednesday. However on Wednesday I will allow myself to let go and eat all the carbs I want for three days.

May hit 190 before all this is done...
80.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Carbs still got a grip. There is one thing I feel sure you'll love with your near future. In a nutshell, carbs turn to inedible crap that you would not wish to serve anyone.

@Diddlee - Yeah I hit the carbs hard and woke up with a stuffy nose and head Haha. Today I am gonna do low carb.
