Nicely done 12 stone 13lb.....2 bad dates counteracted by 2 good days......1/2 a pound and back to losing weight again.....hope to do this today so next few days are weight loss days!
82.1 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
