Slower to get back to lowest weight this time (3 really solid days since the Pizza party on Sunday) this time but I have exercised 3 days in a row which I suspect has involved a bit of water retention. No exercise today so we shall see how tomorrow 😀
82.3 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
