Not bad since you stayed in Leatherhead on Thursday and had cheese, bacon and beef burger, chips, peanut butter parfait, chocolate sorbet and 2 scoops of ice cream 😀 trying to dad normal some days but being brutal to myself when being good. Looking after the kids on Sunday....promised pizza day!
83.2 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
