Brilliant effort, really pleased with myself....thinnest in at least 16 years! Sue left me a message but deleted it by mistake....doh! Next post to the 12 st 9lb so I lose 3 stone in total!
82.3 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
