my official weight at the doctors office. I feel bloated right now, so I think I'm holding onto to some water weight. I told my doctor about my hip pain and he said I had trocantar bursitis from overuse. I'm supposed to continue taking the ibuprophen and rest it for a week or two. Once the pain goes away then I can go to the physical therapist to learn some stretching exercises to prevent it from happening again. I can tell you one thing. Bursitis sure is painful.
143.8 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 80.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
