Been working hard the past few days.....good job fella....stay the course.....you will put on weight quickly if you eat a lot again but good to get to pre holiday weight!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
