Had a new low the day before Thanksgiving, then ate almost twice what I usually do on that day. Ate below the average yesterday, but still paying for the big day. Amazing what one huge calorie day did to my weight, but a lesson learned. Will try to go low cal the rest of the month to get as close to my 1685 per day average that I can.
130.0 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 37.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
