And now we’re moving again. I didn’t run yesterday but got some cycling in and weights. Felt good. Had a “too late” night and a late dinner making today a long day. I need to find my work motivation. Thanks everyone for the positive vibes. I’m hopeful today will see continued improvement on the front of the “crud” I’m fighting.

I hope everyone has s great day and remember to be kind to yourselves.

I think I have spring fever. All I want to do is hop in the car and drive to parts unknown with the music up and the windows down.
