whoot! I just changed my goal weight. I had reached the previous goal, and I am still a large. sometimes an extra large (shirt). I have been walking, and doing some planks. that is all. my middle looks like a road map...u g l y!!
66.7 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

But your body inside is BEAUTIFUL. It is healthy and not insulated with layers of fat as it once was. It no longer has to work as hard at staying alive. Never judge a book by it's cover. The real value is inside.
