Okay so I fasted yesterday until dinner and this morning I have a small loss. I am not too discouraged on that because my sodium intake from dinner alone was OVER 4000 and I have not 'voided' this morning. Also, based on my weight before I only lost 0.2# the following day. So all in all I am happy. My tummy seems flatter and I feel good and was alert this morning when I woke up. It will be a busy weekend but I am determined to practice discipline and continue to drop this weight. I am losing it at a healthy rate and I am very happy :)
100.2 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yay for that loss! :D Way to go, you! .. That stinkin' sodium lol. That's the reason I stopped using regular table salt. I was getting way over the amount we're suppose to have, PLUS adding more salt from the shaker! I normally drink lots of water anyway, but on those days when I've had well over the limit, I drink tons more. A flatter feeling tummy always gives me a lot of incentive to keep on going. I'm glad you're happy and doing good! :) Hope you have a good weekend!

Thanks Angie. I know what you mean! Virtually the only sodium I get is from the food (and what is already in it). Ridiculous how much sodium is already in foods!! I watered it up yesterday, and at dinner and at home! I am pretty pleased with the results and how I felt in the process. You know I think I almost have to get my head 'wrapped around' this whole 'voiding' process. I mean when you eat more you probably go more and when you eat less you would expect to go less. I have to keep that in mind so I don't start to get stressed out when I do not 'go' right away. LOL! Okay that was probably TMI sorry!!!!
