Eating window 4.5 hours. Am trying to shorten it. In the past, if I didn't finish all my dinner, 2 or 3 hours later I would go ahead and finish it up. By that time, if I was dieting, I was hungry again. Now, trying to do IF and move towards Keto, with the help of FS, I resist that urge, even if I am hungry. By that time, I already have that 2 or 3 hours of fasting in, so don't want to cut that short. Also I so very much wanted a glass of wine last night while I was preparing dinner but I resisted. Other than 1 day: Christmas, I haven't had any wine since November. Yeaaah.
49.1 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
