A pizza night Friday and beer Saturday.....not a particularly great week....a shame since I got to 12 stone 14 pounds and 8. Ounces. Reckon I will drop this off before I go up to Scotland...quite relaxed about it...but crazy what I’ve can do...went up to 13 stone 7 last night😱
84.2 kg Lost so far: 14.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
