Day 1 of a planned 2 days of eating
Blood sugar 106 mg/dL

I didn't gain any weight even though I had higher carbs and protein than usual. I think I was probably going to have a loss, but, I didn't have a chance to 🏃🏾‍♂️ run yesterday.

Today I plan to 🏃🏾‍♂️ run and 🏋🏾‍♂️ lift weights.

Has your Body finally adjusted to a “balanced” diet?

@srossca - I have reduced the 'excess' of my 'binges' when I eat, but, I don't think I have had that many days that you would call a 'balanced diet'. So, at this point I cannot say if my body has 'adjusted'. I am still in 'active weight loss' mode, so I am still trying to be aggressive about 'cutting weight'. So, I am still in the 'high fat, low carb' mode.
