That's more like it! *happy dance* I haven't had the best sleep the past few nights (#newbornlife), so I didn't know how that might harm my loss, but it seems to have been okay. I've also been moving around more when possible. I made 10k steps on my FitBit once this week from taking my daughter to and from school and cleaning up part of my house! Lol. I also walked the kids up to the library this week. I'm still not cleared to workout, which kind of sucks, because I feel so ready. Doctor appointment is next week, and hopefully I'll be good to go then!
