After a series of unfortunate events, marriage breakup, recovering from depression and toe problems I have finally decided to do something about my weight. I have an overall weight loss goal of 1 1/2 stone but my first goal is to get under 11 stone by 11th May. So far I have lost 4lbs in 2 weeks and this week started working out. I'm glad I found this app as I think it could really help me stay focussed.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
