Any vegetable recipe please?

cauliflour curry - chop and roast a head of cauliflour with salt so it picks up colour - fry off onion, spices (i tend to use cumin seeds and garamasala, but you can put in any spice blend here, maybe tikka masala but roast the cauliflour with paprika and cayenne on it) and garlic - add tinned tomatoes, tomato paste and drained chickpeas (optional: some rasins) - cook down for 10 to 15 minutes adding water if need be so sauce thickness is to your liking, but give it time so the tomato paste cooks out - add cauliflour to bring it up to temperature Then just serve it with rice or naan. if you want to bulk it out add chunks or corgette to the roasting stage or fried at the beginning. It's not particularly spicy and cauliflour goes a bit sweet when roasted so it's more of an aromatic curry

Vegetarian food quorn mince cottage pie is to die for IMO. I am not a vegetarian and a real meat lover but I really like quorn mince. The quorn curry is tasty too.
