I've been taking it easy for a month or so. Turned 40. Went on hol to Iceland. I've eaten and drunk a lot so 3lb increase isn't too scary. Time to get back on the wagon though before the chart starts going in the wrong direction again!
88.2 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
