Knew I would put weight on this week, lots of lager, nice food etc....had the scotland we Wales game last Saturday, hang over and bad food day on the Sunday, work leadership conference Wednesday and Thursday and Friday a night out with the Ford guys. Time to be good....determined to reach 13 stone 2lb by the time I get to Scotland! The good thing is I am sure a good couple of lbs of this is fake weight!
86.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
