Yesterday I had to get tickets for the NCAA ice hockey game this Saturday at the university nearby, so rather than stand there waiting I utilized the indoor track, and I finally saw “a skinny fat“ person. I couldn’t figure out what a FS member was talking about every time he mentioned skinny fat, but now I know!
74.5 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
