I went out with my sisters senior group for a field trip to breakfast and a museum today, and avoided bread and potatoes, a victory, especially after my binge on sweets last Friday. My calories are a little too high so I gained but it is okay, and am glad to be back on track. Eating window 7 hours.
50.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
