Yesterday was a fasting day. The scale is always so generous the morning after a fasting day :) The key is knowing that when the Keto stick is purple on fasting days, the only fat being burned is MINE... goodness knows there is plenty left, but I say good riddance. Broke my fast at 2pm with a great Keto Lunch that STUFFED me! 3 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, half an avocado, cheese, nuts and 2 little tomatoes. Oh! and the 3 Brazil Nuts are deliberate - the perfect source of Selenium/day, don't need more and you can OD on these, but yes you need to eat a lot.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
