Got hammered at the weekend, watching scotland so pleased to be back and after a few days give or take where I started. Unfortunately on business for 2 days and out with the ford guys....this will not be a successful week but still sure I can achieve 13st 2lb by the time I go to Scotland
84.4 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
