The week started well, then slid off the tracks. My husband and I had been doing so well, eating lunch at home every day rather than going out for those high calorie meals. For a variety of reasons, including my husband's hankering for barbecue two days in a row (the first day it turns out our place was closed, so we went to another restaurant), I ate out 5 days for lunch. The scales showed it. I'm fortunate that I didn't gain more. And oh yes, I had to have a glass of beer at one of the places from a local brewery that I had just discovered that an acquaintance partially owned, and had a couple of glasses of wine.

I'll add affirmations "I love to fix lunch at home!" and "I feel so energized and proud when I stick to water over wine!"
59.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
