Woke up and weighed less today. Enjoying the Total Gym XLS I picked up on Facebook marketplace for $200!! Setup in the living room. The best equipment is the one you trip over every day! 😂
86.7 kg Lost so far: 33.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
