I always hate the .2 bull crap up or down...so dumb lol 🙄🙄🙄I was able to walk the treadmill slowly 6 days starting Sunday, getting there 💪🏻😁👏🏻
76.5 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
