Weight up this morning which is disappointing as I did my fast yesterday and today is monthly weigh in day. Still my weight is going in the right direction - albeit a little erratically so I don't feel too bad.
October's target - under 11st 5lb (159lb) not achieved. (But almost was earlier this week)
November's target - under 11st 3lb (157lb) by Weds 28th Nov.
72.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
