A drop after a 24 hr fast - Excited to weigh in over the next few days to see if I have actually lost. Today I stay in my macros limit. Busy day - but it can be done.
56.4 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
