Good hard work this week, not a bad effort.....slow weight loss but steady! Feel it is getting there ! Challenge is the weights v weight loss
85.7 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
