Time for the up and down until my body convinced the fat cells that they will not be refilled with fat!!! Then they’ll decide to release the water and throw the towel in so I can move on to the next level.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
