Down is my favorite number. Just doesn't matter how much. Yesterday I completed my fast from 9am-7pm and managed to be well below my limit. I wasn't really hungry this morning but ate anyway. Still am not getting the macros right - I lack protein again even after trying to hit my goals. I think I am going to have to add a protein shake somewhere in my day just to get there. I'll look at that today. Starting to see why people sell diets... nice to have all the trial and error completed for you. This is only day 3 of trying the new diet. 12 days of no drinking and orange theory. Spoke to a lifting coach yesterday to help me work through some posture issues at the gym... want to learn properly so that's a positive too. Heading the right way for sure.
