Changing in up again. 30 minute slow jog in the morning and some yoga for the evening. I just discovered how challenging yoga was. It doesn't seem like it would be but it is.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
