Okay so I said whatever the scale said today was being recorded. I’m not letting this fluctuation steer me from my course. Slow and steady. I’m feeling great, overall, and that’s what is most important!
97.2 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know darn well I didn't gain 3# over night, lol. So I chalk it up to my muscles and all the work they have been doing and probably all the healing they are trying to do. :)

That scale is a mean lying piece of equipment. Don't let an inanimate object take up your time with concern. You know your body.

LOL - thanks Bella, and yes it is!! I find it interesting how our bodies seem to react. I also had soy sauce Sunday which probably helped...lol.
